Our Executive Team
Michael Christian is the Chief Executive Officer and principal at Smeltzer Incorporated. Michael was born in Everett, WA, and made his way across the country starting in agriculture, moving on to manage small and medium-sized businesses in the Midwest prior to settling in New York City as a financial executive. He now operates Smeltzer Incorporated as well as other enterprises financed by the Smeltzer Family.

With Michael's unique understanding of human behavior and frictionless business models; he's held positions such as Risk Manager, Senior Accountant, and interim CFO for other companies at a very young age. In addition, currently operating as the CEO for two Smeltzer corporations, Michael has held positions well beyond his years and peer class.

This dedication to focus, discipline, and business excellence places Michael at a distinct advantage when assisting clients due to his clear vision and ability to execute. Both he and his team are well-equipped to operate effectively under normal and high-pressure client expectations.
Titus Young is the head of Research & Development at Smeltzer Incorporated. Born in Springfield, MO, Titus studied at the University of Montana prior to moving to Austin, TX.

A compelling and classically trained communicator, Titus assists Smeltzers' Executive Board with supplier negotiations, contract acquisition, and emerging partnerships.
Additionally, he spearheads all proprietary developments within the ever-growing deck of Smeltzer Incorporated's assets. A certified heavy equipment operator and firefighter, his experience lends a practical approach to technological solutions while generating user-friendly designs.

Jerry Smeltzer is the Senior Advisor for Smeltzer Global and resides on the Committee Board.

From Bellevue, WA, Jerry has extensive expertise in the field of logistics and transportation management where he applies his guidance on various phases of the business' operations and efficiency.

With years of experience in frictionless business models and customer relations, Jerry provides a perceptive approach to the execution of Smeltzer Globals' expanding business strategy.
