Changing the way the world sees Falafel
With a unique recipie and an abstract locale, the Falafalafa Restaurant needed a way to attract new regulars and take it's rightful place as the best Israeli foodsource in Brooklyn.

Our team initially began running the boutique eatery's social media, shortly thereafter setting up multiple shoots for the cuisine. We began featuring professional shots of their plates on both Instagram and Facebook with a strategic media campaign in place to grow both their followers and subsequent presence within New York's food enthusiast groups.
As the store garnered more and more attention, the world was hit with the Covid-19 Health Pandemic. Effectively shutting down all inside dining and the social food scene, the owners at Falafalafa needed to pivot, hard.

With the help of Smeltzer's team, the partners at Falafalafa began their real online journey, curating their brand and creating a website that would show at the top of would be customer's search criteria now that everyone was ordering out for delivery.
The site was designed to speak to cleanliness and orderly protocol, something newly relevant in the minds of all food shoppers during a health scare where sanitation played the highest of roles in selecting who and what came to your door, much less into your mouth.
