Changing the world of coworking with virtual peer pressure

An idea turned concept; In Tandem was the brainchild of Lisa Ferrell, a social expert and relational influencer. Her take on working remotely was that individuals who were working together in a structured online room with goals and group accountability would both produce more and feel less overwhelmed by their new normal.

Ferrell reached out to Smeltzer for assistance in generating a sustainable growth strategy and quickly became one of the company's priorities. In Tandem was a genius idea and our team was more than eager to take on the creative challenge.

Beginning with the combination of the two title words, Smeltzer redesigned the logo, font, color palette and generated the slogan for a new, refined image.

Smeltzer ran a personality test of the brand in order to assist Ferrell in better understanding her company as a separate entity. This service, known as an archetype, provides Founders clarity in disassociation. By seeing their organization as something separate from themselves, the brand is capable of becoming something more than themselves.

For intandem, this was especially crucial as the brand was built out of Ferrell's desire to generate accountability around herself. In so doing this necessary step, the new Founder was able to better understand her role in the company and the system's benefit to society.

With intandem's personality defined, a Media Deck was created for the benefit of all future employees or contractors employed by the growing platform. This would provide them a consistent baseplate for all design decisions, color schemes, font choices and ethos selection when generating either internal or external materials in the future.

Additionally, the team at Smeltzer created a partnership pitch deck for invested interests in the intandem system, giving it's founder the highest level of responsiveness possible during the dynamic start-up phase. With these assets came custom Non-Disclosure Agreements as well as Contractor and Employee Retaining agreements, which aided the Client in negotiations necessary for corporate growth and discovery.
