A technological anomaly; Swade is the brainchild of Smeltzers' founder, Michael Smeltzer and is owned by the company as a long term asset.

From conception to design, all implementations are from Smeltzer and our in house team.

A combination of the words "Swap" & "Trade", Swades' name is a play on words as is the logo design which implies economic benefits by an "eco" green and fiduciary responsibility denoted by "financial blue" with arrows eluding to proactively infinite loop of sustainability.

With Swades' unique AI that seeks out dual coincidences, Users can be matched with items their looking for with other users that are interested in what they have.

With awards from Silicon Review, CIO Outlook magazine and features on iHeart Radio, AlleyWatch Magazine, Industry Rules Magazine and TechCrunch NYC, Swade is set to make a highly disruptive entrance into the app stores once the Alpha launches in 2022.

Smeltzer managed and escorted Swade through the incorporation, business planning, trademarking, and patent processes. In addition to compiling an exhaustive quantity of corporate assets including but not limited to a business plan, specified tech stack, pitch deck, archetype deck and a diversified Board of Directors, the Smeltzer Team also preemptively generated all marketing materials necessary to promote the application at the time of launch.

The team at Smeltzer completed the technical drawings needed to complete a Non-Provisional Patent Application after a patent search and a provisional patent had already been filed.
​
With current patent pending status, Swade is not only a thoroughly designed Software but is also protected due to the follow through provided by it's project managers.
​
This patent process in addition to the trademarking and registration processes are crucial components when dealing with consulting firms. Working with a firm that lacks experience within these mechanisms greatly increases the risk of strategic missteps and increased risk exposure.
