About Michael
Michael Christian Smeltzer has spent the better part of a decade asking the question most consultants skip: Who is this business, and does everything it does reflect that answer?
That question became the founding principle of Smeltzer Incorporated and the methodology that drives every engagement the firm takes on. Over the last 8 years of practice across more than ten industries, Michael has worked with businesses to formulate and execute operations at their highest potential. Drawing on his financial expertise and tenure in the Financial District of New York, and his own success in capital ventures, he has perfected the process of discovering who a business is supposed to become, informing each decision that comes after.

I oversee every engagement personally. Not as a figurehead, but as the person who scoped it, selected the team, and is accountable for what comes out the other side.
